Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please respect my time by providing at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, including same-day cancellations, will result in the loss of your deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the 50% cancellation charge, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment only when proper notice is provided. The deposit must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date or it will be forfeited. Exceptions may be made only when previously discussed and approved. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for an appointment without providing notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and will no longer be permitted to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Repeated late arrivals affect other clients and the remainder of the day’s schedule.
